About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive’s Commercial Vehicles division is seeking a driven Key Account Manager to accelerate sales growth in the UAE market. You will focus on expanding the customer base, strengthening relationships, and delivering profitable commercial vehicle deals.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and win new customers within the assigned territory and target accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while protecting revenue and margin.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, prospecting activities, and market outreach to build a strong pipeline.
  • Lead product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives to support conversion.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including quotations, negotiations, documentation, delivery coordination, and payments.
  • Monitor receivables and ensure overdue accounts stay within agreed limits.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely sales activity and pipeline reporting.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial vehicle sales experience within a dealership environment.
  • Mandatory UAE truck sales experience with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of light, medium, and heavy‑duty trucks.
  • Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
