About the role
Al-Futtaim Automotive’s Commercial Vehicles division is seeking a driven Key Account Manager to accelerate sales growth in the UAE market. You will focus on expanding the customer base, strengthening relationships, and delivering profitable commercial vehicle deals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and win new customers within the assigned territory and target accounts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while protecting revenue and margin.
- Conduct regular customer visits, prospecting activities, and market outreach to build a strong pipeline.
- Lead product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives to support conversion.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including quotations, negotiations, documentation, delivery coordination, and payments.
- Monitor receivables and ensure overdue accounts stay within agreed limits.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely sales activity and pipeline reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial vehicle sales experience within a dealership environment.
- Mandatory UAE truck sales experience with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of light, medium, and heavy‑duty trucks.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
