About the role
The Kids Club Attendant creates a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for guests participating in recreation activities. You will encourage participation, provide information, and ensure the smooth operation of the club.
Key responsibilities
- Encourage, register, and schedule guests for recreation activities while promoting a relaxed atmosphere.
- Provide information about facilities, enforce safety rules, and respond to emergencies according to procedures.
- Maintain and clean equipment, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and process payments for rentals and activities.
- Assist guests with disabilities, answer phones professionally, and support team goals.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- CPR and First Aid certifications; any additional local certifications as required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
- Willingness to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
Required skills
- Clear and professional communication.
- Basic computer or point‑of‑sale system usage.
- Ability to read and verify information in various formats.
