About the role

The Kids Club Attendant creates a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for guests participating in recreation activities. You will encourage participation, provide information, and ensure the smooth operation of the club.

Key responsibilities

Encourage, register, and schedule guests for recreation activities while promoting a relaxed atmosphere.
Provide information about facilities, enforce safety rules, and respond to emergencies according to procedures.
Maintain and clean equipment, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and process payments for rentals and activities.
Assist guests with disabilities, answer phones professionally, and support team goals.

Required profile

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
CPR and First Aid certifications; any additional local certifications as required.
Ability to lift up to 25 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
Willingness to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.

Required skills

Clear and professional communication.
Basic computer or point‑of‑sale system usage.
Ability to read and verify information in various formats.
