About the role
Join the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa team as a Uniform and Laundry Attendant, ensuring every linen and guest item meets the brand’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Sort laundry by colour, material and level of soiling.
- Inspect items for damage or stains and record any that do not meet standards.
- Operate washers and dryers according to capacity and manufacturer guidelines.
- Add correct chemicals in appropriate quantities for each wash cycle.
- Fold and store clean linen using linen feeder, sheet folder, towel folder and ironing machines.
Required profile
- Physical fitness – ability to stand most of the day, lift up to 75 lb and push/pull approx. 400 lb.
- Comfort working in high‑temperature areas around heavy equipment.
- Basic reading, writing and math skills for chemical measurement and logging.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
