About the role
The Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina is seeking a full‑time Laundry Supervisor to lead daily laundry operations, ensuring a constant supply of clean linens and handling guest laundry services with professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise picking up and delivery of in‑house guest laundry and oversee collection and delivery of outside guest laundry/dry cleaning.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and courteous delivery of guest items, verifying counts against price lists and noting discrepancies.
- Maintain laundry equipment, reporting any maintenance needs to the facilities manager.
- Allocate daily tasks to the laundry team and provide assistance with additional laundry services as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a four or five‑star hotel or comparable industry.
- Ability to work with multicultural teams and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, high performance standards, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
Required skills
- Technical proficiency in related laundry software (preferable).
