Lead Coach - Women's Football Dubai

About the role

Based in Dubai, this full‑time position leads the Women’s Football Dubai programme for City Football Middle East. You will shape the programme’s delivery, support participation growth, and ensure a safe, high‑quality experience for players and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage daily programme operations, including sessions, registrations and waivers.
• Coordinate with venue teams, suppliers and internal colleagues to secure facilities and equipment.
• Support marketing initiatives to raise programme awareness and drive participation.
• Lead, mentor and schedule the coaching team, ensuring consistent delivery of the club’s coaching philosophy.
• Act as the on‑site safeguarding lead, handling concerns and maintaining a safe environment.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure programme quality standards.

Required profile

• UEFA B coaching qualification (or working towards it).
• Level 3 safeguarding training or a clear commitment to complete it promptly.
• Proven experience in coaching, teaching or sport programme delivery.
• Ability to balance detail‑orientation with a fast‑paced environment.
