Lead Product Manager

About the role

Digitalzone is building a unified platform that powers payments, identity, and marketing technology across its digital goods, top‑up, ticketing and regulated trading services in the Middle East. As Lead Product Manager you will own the end‑to‑end roadmap for these core capabilities, ensuring they scale reliably and enable four product squads to ship faster.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for payments orchestration, rail integrations, authorisation, retries, routing, refunds, disputes and reconciliation.
• Drive the migration from partner‑based login to a company‑owned identity system, delivering a unified customer profile with verified contact and consent.
• Shape the marketing‑technology stack, including event & campaign infrastructure, direct reach, attribution and personalised delivery.
• Measure and optimise payment funnel metrics such as authorisation rates, failure taxonomy, cost per transaction, fraud loss and chargebacks.
• Partner with vertical squads as internal customers, providing contracts, documentation, self‑serve APIs and adoption metrics.
• Align cross‑functional teams – engineering, security, fraud, finance, compliance and marketing – to ship a cohesive platform.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of product management experience in payments, identity or marketing‑technology domains.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cash‑heavy fintech products in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to balance fraud prevention, conversion rates and operational cost.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across engineering, security, finance and compliance.
