Lead, Transformation Testing

About the role

The Testing Lead will provide technical leadership for the Testing stream of the SAP Transformation programme, defining strategy, building automation frameworks and ensuring high‑quality delivery across all testing phases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and define the overall testing strategy, including a robust automated testing framework tailored to SAP.
• Create comprehensive test plans covering unit, integration, system and user‑acceptance testing, and manage resources, timelines and budgets.
• Oversee development and maintenance of detailed test cases and automated scripts, ensuring coverage of functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Lead, mentor and train the testing team, fostering continuous learning and automation skill growth.
• Manage test execution, monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks and coordinate with other project leads on integration points.
• Track defects, prioritize issues, work with development teams for resolution and conduct performance and load testing.

Required profile

• Strong leadership experience in large‑scale SAP or enterprise system testing programmes.
• Proven ability to design and implement automated testing frameworks and transition from manual to automated testing.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with functional leads, stakeholders and vendors.
