Learning and Development Specialist

About the role

PureHealth, the UAE's largest integrated healthcare platform, is hiring a Learning and Development Specialist in Abu Dhabi. The specialist executes the training delivered by the Corporate Learning team, handles training tasks independently or with minimal supervision and works closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of all trainings driven by the Corporate Learning team.
• Collect, analyse and report pre-, during- and post-training data, including KPIs, dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Maintain training trackers and related information accurately in databases.
• Contribute to content development needs with other team members.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to assess development needs.
• Ensure compliance with existing SOPs and policies, and keep a cost-conscious focus on quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years' experience in HR with a focus on Learning & Development.
• Hands-on experience with core learning concepts and operations.
• Good data analytics and presentation skills, stakeholder management and teamwork.

Required skills

• Some experience with digital learning management systems and the latest learning technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and some knowledge of other learning tools and platforms.
• Good communication skills for training communications, employee engagement and content development.
