Learning & Development Manager – AI Training Expert

About the role

Ethos is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to help train a cutting‑edge language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You will work remotely, designing and refining AI‑generated learning assets for corporate onboarding and training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and improve AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows such as new‑hire onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, curriculum outlines, engagement‑tracking spreadsheets, manager enablement decks, and skills‑assessment rubrics.
• Collaborate with the AI lab to ensure outputs meet corporate learning standards and people‑ops scrutiny.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience designing corporate training, onboarding, or L&D programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Proven ability to build robust engagement‑tracking spreadsheets and skills‑assessment rubrics that withstand L&D review.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, with excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
