About the role
Provides a high‑level, seamless Dubai Health Authority licensing and onboarding service for nursing and allied health staff, supporting American Hospital Dubai’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and verify all documentation required for DHA licensing and onboarding of nurses, physicians, allied and support staff.
- Coordinate pre‑medical examinations, travel arrangements, accommodation and visa processing with relevant internal teams.
- Maintain continuous communication with candidates, guiding them through DHA, Dataflow and Prometric procedures.
- Prepare onboarding kits, ID badges, insurance and malpractice coverage, and organise new‑employee orientation sessions.
- Renew, cancel or update DHA licenses and ensure compliance with Joint Commission International accreditation standards.
Required profile
- Graduate degree or equivalent from a recognized university/college.
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar licensing/onboarding role within healthcare.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with Dubai Health Authority Professional Qualification Requirements for nurses and allied health professionals.
