Logistics Executive - Retail Graduate Programme

About the role

As part of the SINYAR Graduate Programme, Al-Futtaim Retail is looking for a Logistics Executive. The programme combines a defined business role with a structured development journey, giving fresh graduates hands-on experience in product registration, regulatory compliance and logistics operations across the MENA region, covering Beauty, Toys, Books and Food categories.

Key responsibilities

• Support product registration in the UAE through the relevant regulatory systems, collect, submit and track the required product documentation, and coordinate product samples and supporting documents.
• Follow up on product registrations to secure timely approvals and avoid shipment delays.
• Work with merchandising teams to identify ordered product lines and registration needs, and obtain Certificates of Analysis.
• Distribute documentation to regional teams to support shipment processing.
• Maintain accurate trackers for registration, documentation and translation, and support Arabic product information and proofreading.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams so that Arabic labels and stickers are ready for shipments, and give regular registration updates.
• Resolve registration queries with internal teams, warehouses and regulatory authorities, and communicate with government and regulatory bodies when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above; fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Good English; Arabic is an advantage for product information and translation.
