Logistics Executive - Sinyar Graduate Programme (Retail)

About the role

As part of the Sinyar Graduate Programme, Al-Futtaim Retail is looking for a Logistics Executive. The programme combines a defined business role with a structured development journey, giving fresh graduates hands-on experience in product registration, regulatory compliance and logistics operations across the MENA region, covering Beauty, Toys, Books and Food categories. Candidates must have a minimum GPA of 2.8; those with up to 1 year of relevant experience are also considered.

Key responsibilities

• Support product registration in the UAE through regulatory systems, collect, submit and track product documentation, and follow up on registrations to avoid shipment delays.
• Work with merchandising teams to identify ordered product lines and registeration needs, and coordinate Certificates of Analysis and other documents for regional teams.
• Maintain accurate trackers for registration, documentation and translation, and proofread Arabic product information.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams so that Arabic labels and stickers are ready for shipments, and give regular registration updates.
• Resolve registration queries with internal teams, warehouses and regulatory authorities, and communicate with government and regulatory bodies when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Good English; Arabic is an advantage for product information and translation.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Product registration and regulatory compliance knowledge is helpful.
