About the role
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Logistics Officer to support transportation coordination, shipment tracking, inventory movement, and daily logistics activities in Dubai. The role involves ensuring smooth deliveries, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics operations, schedule shipments, and liaise with suppliers, transport providers, warehouse teams, and customers.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including delivery notes and import/export paperwork.
- Monitor shipment status, update tracking information, and manage inventory movements between warehouses.
- Prepare logistics reports, identify opportunities to improve delivery timelines, and follow UAE logistics requirements.
Required profile
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or supply chain operations (advantageous).
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and pay close attention to detail.
- Familiarity with import/export procedures and UAE customs documentation is a plus.
