Logistics Specialist – HPC Support

About the role

This position is an onsite Logistics Specialist supporting Hewlett Packard Enterprise's high‑performance computing (HPC) supply chain. You will work primarily from a partner or customer office, ensuring smooth movement and control of inventory, parts, and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Control inventory by managing shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and perform routine maintenance.
• Collect and report daily statistics related to inventory movements.
• Follow detailed documentation to enter data and run transactions in the appropriate IT systems.
• Conduct cycle counts, maintain security access systems, and support basic site functional processes.

Required profile

• Intermediate level of subject‑matter expertise in logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Ability to work independently within an established framework with moderate supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Basic understanding of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and security processes.
