About the role
Riva Maison is expanding its Luxury Rentals Division and is looking for experienced Dubai rental agents to work exclusively across its Prime Spot areas.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords to secure exclusive high‑quality listings.
- Conduct luxury property viewings and negotiate higher‑value rental transactions.
- Close rental deals consistently and dominate inventory in assigned Prime Spot zones.
- Leverage prospecting support and owner data to generate qualified tenant leads.
Required profile
- Proven understanding of the Dubai rental market.
- Strong phone and relationship‑building skills with landlords.
- Ability to secure exclusive, high‑end inventory and close deals.
- Own UAE visa is mandatory.
