About the role
A Machine Operator is needed to run, monitor and maintain the production equipment used to make breaded chicken products such as nuggets, chicken burgers, fillets and strips. The work is based in Jafzaa Jabal Ali, Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Operate forming, battering, breading, frying and freezing machines efficiently.
- Monitor machine settings and ensure consistent product quality.
- Achieve daily production targets while minimising waste and downtime.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
- Follow cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Report equipment malfunctions and production issues to the supervisor.
What we offer
- Monthly compensation of AED 3,900.
