About the role

This role leads employee welfare, relations, medical case management, accommodation welfare, and support activities across the assigned HR hub, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

Manage employee concerns, medical incidents, disciplinary matters, and welfare issues.
Oversee accommodation inspections, grievance handling, and deceased employee cases.
Identify welfare-related risks, monitor associated costs, and maintain accurate reporting.
Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and operational oversight.
