About the role
This role leads employee welfare, relations, medical case management, accommodation welfare, and support activities across the assigned HR hub, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee concerns, medical incidents, disciplinary matters, and welfare issues.
- Oversee accommodation inspections, grievance handling, and deceased employee cases.
- Identify welfare-related risks, monitor associated costs, and maintain accurate reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and operational oversight.
