Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

Aldar Hospitality is seeking an experienced Manager – FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis and management reporting across its diverse hospitality portfolio. You will provide an independent, forward‑looking view of financial performance, challenge assumptions, and translate data into clear recommendations for senior leadership and the Board.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the annual budget, rolling forecast and five‑year planning processes in partnership with the Corporate Director of Finance.
• Review and challenge property forecasts for revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, payroll, operating costs and CAPEX.
• Lead monthly financial performance reviews, identify variance drivers and recommend actions to improve EBITDA and cash flow.
• Prepare concise monthly performance reports for Executive Management and develop the financial narrative for Board and group reporting.
• Partner with asset management, hotel operators and finance directors to provide independent financial challenge and support business cases, cost optimisation and capital‑allocation decisions.
• Monitor maintenance, FF&E and project CAPEX against budgets and cash‑flow forecasts, using IRR, payback and EBITDA impact analyses.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve forecasting, reporting, variance analysis and scenario modelling, while establishing controls for AI‑generated outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent).
• 7–10 years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate or asset management.
• Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting and management‑reporting processes.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and executive communication skills.
