Manager - QC and Training

About the role

ARRISE is seeking a Manager to lead its Quality Control (QC) and Training functions in Ras Al Khaimah. The role is responsible for organising, coordinating and supervising QC specialists and trainers to ensure high‑quality processes and effective learning programmes across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the QC and Training departments, assigning tasks according to complexity and skill level.
• Guide QC and training review processes and drive continuous capability improvement.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Evaluate program quality, effectiveness and training needs, identifying gaps and forecasting future requirements.
• Coordinate objectives of the QC Manager and Training Manager, aligning team activities with approved KPIs.
• Minimise defects and incidents through targeted training and rigorous QC monitoring.
• Develop and refine quality processes and training initiatives based on data analysis and trend monitoring.
• Provide feedback, conduct meetings and manage departmental budgets within set limits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing QC and training teams.
• Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to analyse data, monitor trends and implement process improvements.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating cross‑functional teams.
