About the role

ARRISE is seeking a Manager to lead its Quality Control and Training functions. This senior position will oversee QC specialists and trainers, ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards and that staff receive effective training.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise QC and Training departments, assigning tasks based on complexity and skill level.
• Guide review processes and develop training plans to drive continuous capability improvement.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Evaluate program quality, identify improvement areas, and forecast future training needs.
• Coordinate objectives of QC and Training managers, aligning team activities with approved KPIs.
• Analyze data to monitor trends, close service quality gaps, and enhance training processes.
• Provide feedback, conduct meetings, and manage departmental expenses within budget.

• Proven experience in managing quality control and training teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
