Manager Revenue Management - Rooms

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Management professional to lead the Rooms division for Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal in Dubai. The role focuses on maximising revenue across all distribution channels by applying pricing, demand analysis and selling strategies aligned with global best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies for both properties to optimise room revenue.
• Conduct competitive research and benchmark analysis to inform pricing decisions.
• Utilise and monitor PMS, e‑channels, Direct Connect and GDS to ensure optimal distribution and market share.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to design targeted campaigns that attract the right guests at the right time.
• Analyse performance data, produce forecasts and adjust tactics to meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a revenue management role within a luxury five‑star hotel or resort.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with a results‑driven mindset.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revenue Management Systems (e.g., IDeaS).
• Experience using rate‑shopping tools and channel management platforms.
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), e‑channels, Direct Connect and Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
