Manager, Revenue Projects - EMEA

About the role

The Manager, Revenue Projects – EMEA will join Four Seasons’ Corporate Revenue Management team in Dubai. This accelerated development position offers hands‑on exposure to regional revenue strategy, pricing, distribution and performance analytics, preparing you for future property‑based Revenue Management leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze hotel performance metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy and GOPPAR to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Evaluate market intelligence, competitor pricing and demand patterns using benchmarking and rate‑shopping tools.
• Support regional revenue initiatives and strategic projects that optimise pricing, inventory and channel performance.
• Assist with revenue system audits, configuration reviews and set‑up requirements for new hotel openings.
• Analyse the effectiveness of distribution channels, monitor rate parity and drive distribution optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot system issues and improve commercial processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Hotel Operations, Financial Analysis or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, OPERA PMS, IDeaS RMS, Amadeus Hospitality solutions, Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
