Market Research Executive

About the role

Numerator, a data and technology company serving the North American market research space, has joined forces with Worldpanel to form a global consumer data company. It is looking for a Market Research Executive to support the delivery of high-quality insights to its clients. The role works closely with the client manager to build actionable insights, develops knowledge of FMCG markets and strengthens client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze household panel data to understand shopper behavior, brand performance and category dynamics, and turn complex datasets into clear business recommendations.
• Support category reviews, market understanding studies and strategic consulting projects, performing quality checks and validation.
• Develop hypotheses supported by data and build structured PowerPoint presentations.
• Use advanced PowerView features to conduct special analyses and highlight key findings.
• Create narratives linking data, insights, implications and actions, and prepare materials for client workshops, business reviews and presentations.
• Build client relationships, communicate across stakeholders, and take ownership of client requests with timely follow-up.
• Track timelines, flag risks and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Stay engaged in training, track development and build strong internal relationships.

Required profile

• Strong number-crunching ability, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic, curious and eager to learn; open to feedback and committed to continuous development.
• Confident and effective communicator who understands how to tell a story with data.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
