Marketing Supervisor

About the role

Invest Group Overseas (IGO), an investment and property development company based in Dubai, is looking for a Marketing Supervisor to lead and manage its marketing team. The supervisor oversees daily operations, guides the team in planning and running campaigns across digital, print, social media and events, and works with sales, product development and customer service to align marketing with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver marketing plans within company objectives and contribute ideas to lead campaigns.
• Create and deliver marketing materials and content, including point-of-sale material, and work with Corporate Marketing and external agencies on owned and paid digital and online campaigns.
• Analyse market share, trends and competitor activity, and evaluate campaigns, advertising and SEO effectiveness.
• Manage the marketing budget, set KPIs, monitor spend and ROI, and report monthly to management.
• Organise and run company events such as launches, conferences, receptions and exhibitions, including product and literature lists.
• Write and edit graphics and video content for web, social, email, print and outdoor ads, and promote content on platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Provide community management, generate digital campaign reports with analytics tools, and give regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role, with at least 5 years in marketing.
• BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or a relevant discipline.
• Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Good understanding of market research, data analysis and statistics; creativity and commercial awareness.

Required skills

• MS Office and marketing software such as CRM.
• Social media and web analytics tools (e.g. Web Trends).
• Writing, communication and organisational skills.
