Digital Content Specialist - Sinyar Graduate Programme

About the role

As part of the Sinyar Graduate Programme, Al-Futtaim Retail is looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join IKEA. The role shapes how customers experience IKEA across digital channels, creating engaging content for campaigns, products and customer communications, with practical exposure to e-commerce, digital marketing and cross-functional collaboration. It suits fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 2.8; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are also considered.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimise customer-facing content across website, app, email, push notifications and WhatsApp, supporting engagement and conversion
• Adapt campaign, product and service messaging across digital channels while keeping IKEA's tone of voice
• Support content planning, global launches, new product releases and seasonal campaigns with merchandising teams
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Marketing, Commercial and Digital teams to deliver a consistent customer experience
• Apply SEO and digital content best practices, use customer insights and performance data to improve content, and monitor content performance
• Work with internal stakeholders on content plans and cross-functional projects covering digital content, copywriting and customer communication

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong interest in digital content, copywriting and customer engagement
• Good written communication skills in English and Arabic
• Creative, collaborative and eager to learn in a fast-paced digital environment

Required skills

• Advantage: familiarity with SEO, content management systems, Adobe InCopy or InDesign
