Marketing Communications Manager II

About the role

The Marketing Communications Manager II will lead the development and execution of the property’s marketing plan, overseeing e‑commerce initiatives and building strong relationships with tourism bureaus and community leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive leisure marketing plan, including rate offers, packages and promotional programs.
• Maintain and update all property websites and coordinate email campaign tracking.
• Manage the creation of brochures, collateral materials and property signage.
• Coordinate region‑wide promotions for rooms, food & beverage, spa and golf facilities.
• Analyze DMA source market reports, guest lists and other data to provide sound marketing recommendations.
• Track ROI of all marketing initiatives, including online, direct mail and print advertising, and adjust budgets accordingly.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all advertising, collateral and guest touchpoints.
• Represent the property on quality internet sites and collaborate with convention bureaus and tourism chambers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of sales or marketing experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience interpreting market reports and campaign performance data.
