Marketing Executive

About the role

Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Executive to own the execution side of marketing for its five brands. You will manage shoot schedules, social media publishing and vendor coordination, ensuring every deliverable meets its promised date.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the shoot calendar across all brands, scheduling shoots, issuing briefs and running readiness gates.
• Publish prepared content daily on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and YouTube, logging live links and flagging cadence breaks.
• Manage all marketing vendors end‑to‑end, from quoting and scheduling to payment processing.
• Maintain and update social account details, moderate comments/DMs and handle review responses within 48 hours.
• Track tasks, budgets and assets in ClickUp, produce weekly reports and escalate blockers promptly.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of production coordination, marketing operations or event production experience in the UAE.
• Background in a 50–500‑person company (agency, hospitality, property or D2C) where you independently managed schedules and vendors.
• Proven ability to make decisive calls and hold vendors accountable, with references confirming this trait.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel across Dubai daily.

Required skills

• Proficiency with task‑management tools such as ClickUp or Asana.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and YouTube account operations.
• Basic Adobe or Canva literacy to verify design assets.
