Marketing Manager, Emerging Markets (Middle East)

About the role

The CFA Institute is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives across the Middle East. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will translate global strategy into locally relevant, performance‑driven campaigns that generate measurable commercial outcomes for the institute’s portfolio of products and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional integrated marketing plans aligned with global priorities and growth targets.
• Own go‑to‑market delivery for CFA Institute products, ensuring strong ROI and commercial impact.
• Drive acquisition and pipeline growth through a blend of digital campaigns and field‑marketing activations.
• Partner with business development and society stakeholders to execute in‑market events and activations.
• Lead the regional digital marketing roadmap, enhancing the customer journey, segmentation and engagement.
• Generate market intelligence and competitive insights to support entry into emerging markets.
• Manage agency partners and collaborate with global product, sales, distribution, technology and marketing teams.
• Track, analyse and report performance metrics such as leads, revenue influence, pipeline contribution and campaign ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with at least 6 years of marketing experience at a manager level.
• Proven track record developing acquisition‑focused strategies in emerging or fast‑growing markets.
• Experience in financial services, investment management, banking, capital markets or FinTech is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to blend digital marketing with field‑marketing and in‑market activations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.

Required skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or comparable marketing automation platform).
