Marketing Manager

About the role

House of Orange, a fast‑growing Dubai real‑estate brokerage, is looking for a Marketing Manager to own the full marketing engine – from paid acquisition to content creation and lead generation. You will work directly with the founder, manage a dedicated budget and be fully accountable for turning spend into closed deals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute performance‑marketing campaigns on Meta, Google, Property Finder, Bayut and LinkedIn, monitoring CAC and ROI weekly.
• Lead the content engine, coordinating video production by agents, the founder’s personal brand and company branding.
• Manage the end‑to‑end lead funnel, ensuring smooth handoff from ad click to CRM to broker.
• Drive recruitment marketing to attract new agents and scale headcount.
• Analyse all marketing metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, attribution) and make data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years managing a paid‑acquisition budget of AED 100k+ per month.
• Background in real‑estate, high‑ticket sales or a similarly performance‑driven industry.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and at least one CRM (HubSpot, Bitrix24, Salesforce or similar).
• Data‑focused mindset, comfortable working with CPL, CAC, ROAS and LTV metrics.
• Proven ability to manage creators, editors or media talent directly.
• Excellent written English and proactive communication style.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.
