Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of Rixos Properties' marketing strategy, aligning initiatives with business goals and driving brand growth across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy, managing the department and ensuring effective execution of campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
• Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency with the company’s mission and values while driving brand awareness.
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns to acquire, engage, and retain customers, delivering measurable results.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid media.
• Leverage market research and data analytics to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, and revenue management to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI.
• Mentor and inspire a high‑performing marketing team, fostering creativity and innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in hospitality or luxury services.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with a proven track record of driving organizational change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting strategies to senior executives.
