Marketing Manager – Luxury Fragrance Portfolio

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for H.O.B, the niche fragrance portfolio of Mohamed Hilal Group, across the UAE and GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, brand positioning and revenue targets.
• Plan and launch new fragrance releases, seasonal campaigns, exclusive promotions, events and brand activations.
• Drive online sales through social media, paid advertising, website campaigns, SEO, email marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
• Build H.O.B’s identity as a destination for niche and luxury fragrances while maintaining each house’s unique positioning.
• Coordinate in‑store activations, visual merchandising, sampling initiatives and customer experiences to increase footfall and conversion.
• Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, sales growth, customer acquisition and repeat purchase metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury retail, niche perfumery, beauty or premium lifestyle brands.
• Proven experience in integrated campaigns, digital marketing, brand development and retail activations.
• Strong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour, influencer marketing and e‑commerce growth.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies and commercial performance metrics.
