Marketing Manager – Multi‑Brand (Real Estate & Hospitality)

About the role

Suiteable Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities across its three growing brands: Suiteable Holiday Homes, Suiteable Living Properties LLC, and Suiteable Interiors. The role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong digital expertise, campaign management skills, and experience in building brand growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across Suiteable Group’s three brands.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media activities, and online brand presence.
• Drive lead generation initiatives and improve brand visibility.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to support business growth.
• Build and manage the marketing team while improving marketing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Dubai real estate or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content planning, and social media management.
• Proven experience in campaign planning and execution, lead generation, brand awareness campaigns, performance marketing, and marketing analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and marketing priorities with strong communication, creativity, and strategic thinking.
