Marketing Manager – Specialty Coffee & F&B

About the role

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C SPC is seeking an experienced, creative, and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead its marketing department and strengthen brand presence across the specialty coffee and Food & Beverage industry. The role requires immediate joining and fluency in Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy and annual plan.
• Fully manage the Marketing Department and all related activities.
• Oversee social media platforms, content planning, campaigns, engagement and growth.
• Plan and execute advertising, promotional and seasonal campaigns.
• Lead marketing initiatives for new product launches, branch openings and special events.
• Maintain the company website, digital presence and brand identity.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, photographers, influencers and media partners.
• Monitor performance, prepare KPI reports and conduct market/competitor research.
• Manage marketing budgets to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in specialty coffee, café, restaurant, hospitality or F&B.
• Strong knowledge of the specialty coffee and F&B market in the UAE/GCC.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and execute marketing projects.
• Leadership skills to develop and manage the Marketing Department.
• Excellent communication, organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Experience managing agencies, designers, photographers, influencers and other external partners.
