Marketing Specialist

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is expanding and is looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to strengthen its brand presence, drive digital engagement and run communication strategies across several platforms. The role covers content creation, campaign management, performance analysis and consistent brand positioning. It is hybrid, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, working 9 AM to 6 PM (including a 1-hour break), off Fridays and Saturdays.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute monthly communication and content plans, and develop content for social media, the website and email campaigns
• Write blogs and articles to keep the website up to date, and ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns, manage paid and organic campaigns, and track KPIs
• Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), create posts, reels and short videos, and grow community engagement
• Manage and update the company website, coordinate landing pages and monitor SEO improvements
• Analyse marketing data, monitor competitors and market trends, and recommend improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; a major in Marketing is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Strong communication and presentation skills, professional appearance
• Experience managing social media platforms and strong content writing skills
• Creative mindset, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
