Marketing Specialist - Real Estate Advisory

About the role

Alliance Capital Properties is a boutique advisory firm focused on strategic real estate capital allocation and the acquisition of luxury assets for private investors, families and institutions. It offers tailored investment strategies and operates in the high-end real estate segment. The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, developing and executing marketing strategies that support the firm's real estate and luxury asset advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, including campaign planning, content creation and coordination with sales and investment teams
• Conduct market research and analyse trends, competitor activity and client segments
• Prepare marketing materials and presentations
• Manage digital and traditional marketing channels and support brand positioning in target markets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, engage with clients and partners, and track campaign performance to optimise marketing initiatives

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• Experience in real estate, finance or luxury sectors is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages common in the region are a plus
