About the role

We are looking for a Measurement & Masking Officer / Junior Site Engineer with UAE interior fit‑out experience to oversee site execution, supervise installations, and ensure high‑quality delivery of villa and apartment interior projects.

Key responsibilities

Supervise joinery and fit‑out works according to approved drawings and timelines.
Take site measurements and coordinate with the joinery factory for production and delivery.
Manage carpenters, installers, and subcontractors on site.
Ensure quality control, snag rectification, and readiness for inspections.
Verify materials, maintain site reports, and update the Project Manager.
Attend site meetings with consultants and clients.

Required profile

1‑3 years UAE experience in joinery and residential fit‑out.
UAE driving licence (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes and installation methods.
Ability to read drawings and handle site issues independently.
