About the role
We are looking for a Measurement & Masking Officer / Junior Site Engineer with UAE interior fit‑out experience to oversee site execution, supervise installations, and ensure high‑quality delivery of villa and apartment interior projects.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise joinery and fit‑out works according to approved drawings and timelines.
- Take site measurements and coordinate with the joinery factory for production and delivery.
- Manage carpenters, installers, and subcontractors on site.
- Ensure quality control, snag rectification, and readiness for inspections.
- Verify materials, maintain site reports, and update the Project Manager.
- Attend site meetings with consultants and clients.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years UAE experience in joinery and residential fit‑out.
- UAE driving licence (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes and installation methods.
- Ability to read drawings and handle site issues independently.
