About the role
Czech Rehabilitation Hospital in Al Ain is hiring a full-time Medical Secretary cum Administrative Assistant. The role provides administrative and secretarial support to medical professionals and management, covering appointment management, medical records, communication coordination, documentation and day-to-day office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, meetings and physician calendars.
- Receive and screen phone calls, emails and inquiries professionally.
- Prepare and maintain medical reports, correspondence and official documents.
- Organize and update patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist physicians and healthcare staff with their administrative requirements.
- Coordinate with licensing, insurance and regulatory bodies when required.
- Maintain records of medical staff credentials, licenses and certifications.
- Follow up on medical reports, referrals and other healthcare documentation.
