About the role
The Meet & Greet Person welcomes customers arriving at the Service Reception for Jaguar & Land Rover. You will ensure a pleasant first impression, guide customers courteously, and keep them comfortable until attended by a Service Advisor.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, arrange seating and minimize waiting time.
- Maintain the reception area, keep it clean and manage vehicle movements.
- Update the appointment board daily and explain appointment importance to walk‑ins.
- Handle overcrowding efficiently and assist with courtesy/loaner cars.
- Call customers to remind them of service appointments.
Required profile
- High school education and PC literacy.
- Pleasant personality, helpful attitude and punctuality.
- Effective communication; bilingual ability is a plus.
