MEP Maintenance Engineer – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time MEP Maintenance Engineer to join our on‑site team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for the reliable operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve faults in MEP equipment and building services.
• Plan, schedule and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Inspect, test and commission systems to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors and other stakeholders to coordinate repairs and upgrades.
• Support continuous improvement of maintenance procedures and energy optimisation.
• Ensure all work follows UAE regulations, codes and company safety policies.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or MEP engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Proven experience in building services, facilities management or technical contracting within residential and commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE standards, safety regulations and applicable MEP codes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and maintenance documentation.
• Excellent problem‑solving, time‑management and communication skills.
