About the role
Lead and manage MEP works for luxury villa projects in the UAE, ensuring compliance with client requirements and local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution and delivery of MEP works for luxury villa projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Review and approve designs, shop drawings and specifications for compliance.
- Monitor schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Resolve technical and operational issues during execution.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years experience managing MEP works on luxury villa projects in the UAE.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
