Middle East Service OU Manager

About the role

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Middle East Service Operating Unit (OU) Manager to lead and grow its service business across the region. Based in Dubai, you will implement and evolve the BU Service strategy, ensuring performance targets are met while delivering high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Hub Service Manager to create and roll out the Service strategy for the OU.
• Drive localization and implementation of the strategy across covered countries.
• Develop growth initiatives and build business cases for investment opportunities.
• Set financial targets, monitor progress, and report on strategy execution.
• Improve Service Net Promoter Scores (NPS) by harmonising processes and platforms.
• Lead consolidation of functions such as training, logistics, and spares.
• Identify and establish regional hubs to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure technical reliability, safety, and cost‑effective solutions for customers.
• Coach and organise service teams, fostering expertise in customer segments.
• Deliver quarterly financial results (revenue, profit, cash) for a multi‑country team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing service operations or business units in a multinational environment.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of meeting revenue and profit targets.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams across several countries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
