Motor Claims Executive (UAE National) - Dubai

About the role

Orient Insurance, part of the Al-Futtaim Group, is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Motor Claims Executive (UAE National) to join its Motor Claims team in Dubai. The role suits fresh graduates who want a long-term career in insurance, supporting the assessment, processing and administration of motor insurance claims while delivering good customer service and following company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process motor insurance claims according to policy terms and company guidelines.
• Verify claim documentation, accident reports, repair estimates and supporting information.
• Coordinate with customers, garages, surveyors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor claim status and ensure timely settlement within agreed service standards.
• Maintain accurate claim records in the claims management system.
• Assist in evaluating claim costs and spotting discrepancies or potential fraud.
• Support claim investigations and gather information where needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Respond to customer and stakeholder enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• UAE National with Family Book (Emirati) - mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous internship in insurance, banking, finance, customer service or operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Genuine interest in a career in insurance and willingness to learn claims processes and regulations.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and interest in numbers and data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a customer-focused approach.
