Multi Property Social Media Executive

About the role

JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is looking for a Multi Property Social Media Executive to implement and manage its social media strategy. The role focuses on community management, content creation and coordination, and works alongside the Social Media Manager and Content Creator.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage the social media strategy, focusing on community management: engage followers, respond to queries promptly and monitor customer reviews.
• Assist the Social Media Manager and Content Creator in creating posts and stories for Facebook and Instagram.
• Coordinate logistics for in-house content shoots and external agencies, and manage social media campaigns, including scheduling posts and content calendars.
• Monitor and analyse performance using tools such as Sprinklr and Meta, and measure the success of each campaign.
• Keep up with social media best practices and technologies, and work with in-house graphic designers and the content creator to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggest content optimisation, and communicate with influencers to build a strong network.
• Draft social media content calendars aligned with marketing calendars and prepare and schedule content.
