Marketing Executive

About the role

Al Futtaim Group is building a pool of talent for a Marketing Executive position in Dubai. The role suits an organised, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, budgets, reporting and campaign coordination. You will support the marketing team with day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth processing, accurate reporting and effective coordination across business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the marketing team with purchase orders, invoicing, payment approvals and related administrative activities.
• Monitor marketing spend and maintain accurate budget trackers.
• Prepare and maintain regular marketing, sales, customer enquiry and aftersales reports.
• Coordinate purchase orders and ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time.
• Support email and SMS customer campaigns and ensure effective campaign execution.
• Assist with reimbursement and claims documentation for marketing expenses.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Aftersales teams to ensure timely reporting and coordination.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding marketing-related activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Good understanding of marketing administration, budgeting, invoicing and reporting processes.
• Previous experience in marketing support, marketing operations or a similar role is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Strong organisational, planning and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
