About the role
We are seeking an experienced Neonatologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE, providing specialized medical care for newborns, including premature infants and those with complex conditions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care for newborns, including premature and critically ill infants.
- Diagnose and manage neonatal conditions such as respiratory distress, infections, and congenital disorders.
- Manage NICU patients, monitor clinical progress, and perform neonatal resuscitation.
- Coordinate with obstetricians, pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Counsel parents regarding newborn health, treatment plans, and ongoing care.
Required profile
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree with postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics and specialization in Neonatology.
- Minimum 3 years of post‑specialization experience preferred.
- Experience in NICU management, neonatal ventilation, and newborn resuscitation.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
