Night Manager - Rooms Management

About the role

The Night Manager is part of the Rooms Management Team at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island. He or she manages the hotel lobby and the arrival and departure experience during the night shift, acting as the first and last impression of the hotel. The role ensures accurate communication between department managers, follows up on guest requests and problems, oversees night operations and supports the Front Office Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Front Desk staff during the overnight shift, interviewing, training and scheduling them.
• Conduct performance evaluations and discipline staff when needed.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures and billing with the Sales and Catering departments.
• Ensure all financial and credit procedures are followed.
• Resolve customer complaints from all areas of the hotel and handle guest interactions with a high level of hospitality and professionalism.
• Carry out other tasks or projects assigned by the Assistant Director of Rooms or the Front Office Manager.

Required profile

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.
• At least five years of related working experience in luxury hotels.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
